Why should we have probiotic’s as part of our diet?

  • Listen to your gut - Your gut is the centre of our mental and physical health.
  • Do you have low immunity? It is time to rebuild your gut health.
  • Have you been on antibiotics lately? Can’t get rid of hay fever, flu or do you have a disease?
  • Trying to get well can be exhausting, try focusing your energy on your digestive health instead.
  • Your brain receives chemical messages from your gut which can affect your mood and emotions. The majority of serotonin is made in your gut. 
  • When your gut is in great shape, it should be 85% good bacteria and the rest are bad bacteria. Healthy bacteria can now do it’s job - assisting with digestion, produce disease-fighting antibodies which crowd out bad bacteria.
  • Inflammation is associated with a lot of diseases. Probiotics in fermented food reduces inflammation.

At the homely real food now kitchen in Arthurs Point, In Queenstown.

Cost and how long is the class ? 

This class is a one off class that will run for 3 hours at the cost of $50

You will take home:

  • Sauerkraut
  • Kimchi
  • Inspiration to make your own fermented vegetables, apple cider vinegar and Jun (a fermented drink) and milk kefir.

What do I bring?
