Water Kefir - Probiotic in a glass. (good bacteria) This grain is a translucent gelatinous, and is comprised of a bacteria including lactobacillus hilgardite. These grains multiply and you can share them with your friends.

A healthy gut is so important for your over all health. Signs of sickness are usually a sign of, an unhealthy gut. 

Yes It does have sugar add to it. But - the kefir consumes the sugar, the end result is not a sugary drink. The sugar is needed, for fermentation, (don't use coconut sugar) resulting in beneficial acids, B vitamins and food enzymes.
