I have made this fudge so many times, often doubling the recipe. It freezes well. I promise you, if you don't tell anyone it has black beans in it, they would never know.
This is a really rich delicious cake. It even tastes just as good the next day. I iced this when it was a little to warm. Best to wait until really cold.
