There is a few of you, out there that feels, that a meal without meat would not be right.
Last night we had these black bean patties and blind folded you would not know if they were mince or not. They are filling, cheaper than meat and extremely healthy.
I never buy black beans in a tin. I buy them dried. This is the cheapest way and I usually buy a few bags at once. Soak them in a lot of water over night, drain them and with fresh water, simmer them in a large pot for about 1 1/2 hours or until they are tender, drain,(you can use a slow cooker) cool and freeze until you are ready to use them. ( they can be use to make refried beans in your wraps)
