French Dressing for ''Summer Salad'' Recipe
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
pinch Himaylan salt / black pepper
1 small garlic clove - smashed and chopped finely
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Method
Place into a jar and shake. Store in the fridge until needed for up to 2 weeks.
To serve, drizzle over your salad, just before serving.
This is quinoa, lettuce, cucumber and tomato salad.
This recipe is just enough for one large salad, if you want to make more to store in your fridge, repeat this recipe.
