Tuna and Mustard Spread - GF

If you have quit sugar and need an alternative, here is a nice spread that is filling and not complicated.

Use on bread, crackers or tortilla wedges that have been baked.

Nutrition in Tuna - High in selenium, Vitamin B3, B12, B6, Vitamin D, Protein, Phosphorus and more.

- High in Omega- 3 fatty acid and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits.

Tuna and Mustard Spread Recipe

425 grm -  tin tuna with spring water - drained

2 large tablespoons whole mustard

1 lemon juice

1/2 cup Mayonnaise - or more - add until a smooth spread - I make my own with egg yolk, lemon juice  and extra virgin olive oil.

Himalayan salt/ pepper

Method

1 - mix all together and taste and then season.

Keep in the fridge covered for up to one week.
