Easy Oat Slice Recipe
Oven 180 c - baking tray with sides
4 cups orgainic small rolled oats
2 cup (organic sugar-free and no added oil) peanut butter - crunchy or smooth
1/2 cup brown rice malt syrup or runny honey
70 - 80 % dark chocolate - grated to garnish the top of the slice once out of the oven.
Method
1 - Mix honey and peanut butter together.
2 - Mix in small amount of rolled oats in.
3 - Press into a lined tray and bake for 20 mins or until slightly brown around the edge.
4 - Once out of the oven grate the chocolate over the top and cool.
