Avocados - Fibre, Vitamin A, copper, folate,Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and potassium.
Cacao - Vitamin E, B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, Copper, and Selenium.
Chocolate Mousse with Avocado Recipe
Serves 5 - 6
4 large ripe avocados
2 cups cacao powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
8 tbsp coconut oil - melted and cooled
3/4 cup brown rice malt syrup or runny honey
2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
Garnish - berries or orange segments.
Method
1 - Place all ingredients into a food processor, blend until well blender.
2 - Pour into the dishes you want to serve in.
3 - Place into the fridge, until ready to serve, garnish with berries, or orange segments.
