Smoked Salmon Pate - GF

I serve this with toasted Gluten Free bread as an appetizer before a meal, when we have guests.

Salmon is is high in omega 3 oils. Great for your heart.

This pate taste’s great on healthy bread and crackers.

Smoked Salmon Pate Recipe

1/2 lemon juiced

small bunch of parsley chopped finely

black pepper

150 gr thick yogurt or sour cream

250 gr smoked salmon , deboned and flaked into chunky pieces.

1 tbsp capers

Method

1 - Combine all ingredients, taste.

2 -  Place in a container with a lid and in the fridge.
