Raw Buckwheat Porridge - GF

Raw Buckwheat Porridge Recipe

Gluten free

Makes enough for a few days.

500 gr Raw Buckwheat  grouts

plain unsweetened yogurt about 5 large spoons

Option - berries, stewed fruit, nuts  or seeds, see my page on ''Soaking'' 

 brown rice malt syrup or honey to taste

 

Method

1 - Cover buckwheat well with water and soak over night

2 - Next morning strain off water and wash.

3 - Place in a large bowl and add enough yogurt to cover the buckwheat once mixed.

4 - Add berries, fruit and nuts 

5 - Taste and add your sweetener  

Cover and keep in the fridge up to one week. This mixture can also be used in a smoothie.
