Here is a very healthy platter with crackers, that have no preservatives. Look at my page; ''soaking''

Homemade Crackers   GF

3 cups of mixed -  flax seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds  (make sure you have soaked and dehydrated them so they absorb the full nutrients seeds have to offer)

1 tbsp of olive oil

Sea salt

Surmac

Method

1 - Mix the seeds together and then remove 2 tbsp 

2 - Place into a food processor with salt ( if you are adding salt on top of the crackers, be careful how much you add now).

3 - Blend until floury and then add oil, bend again and then slowly add water until it forms a ball, now place in a bowl and mix extra seeds in.

4 - Roll out between two sheets of grease proof paper. Try and get it 12 inch by 7 inch.

5 - Using a knife cut into even sizes.

6 - Sprinkle sea salt and Surmac on top for flavour

6 - Cook at 180 c for about 10 mins or until slightly golden WATCH THEM they can become over cooked quickly.
