Summer Oat Porridge

 

Summer Oat Porridge Recipe

This recipe can be doubled, its absolutely delicious.

Prepare the night before

1/4 cup organic quick oats - oats have to sprayed a lot so only buy organic.

1/3 cup milk - any milk - cows, almond  or water

1/4 cup yogurt or extra almond milk if you are diary free

2 tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp honey

1 grated apple

 

Method

1 - In a small bowl or jar add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon and honey.

2 - Mix and cover

3 - Place in fridge and in the morning grate an apple into it.

4 - Enjoy your breakfast
