Fudge - Homemade - GF

I have made this fudge a few times, even though I keep it in the freezer it still keeps disappearing. It really is delicious - WARNING - don't slip any into your back pocket - it will melt.

Fudge - Homemade Recipe

2 cup peanut butter or almond butter - homemade is best

1/2 cup coconut oil - soft or runny

10 tbsp brown rice malt syrup or honey or less

3 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp ginger

1 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp sea salt

Option - dried apricots,cranberries nuts, dates etc

Method

1 - Mix all together, taste and add more spices if you think it needs it and then pour into a lined tin - I used grease proof paper.

2 - Place in the freezer, once frozen slice into cubes. Keep in the freezer or fridge.

Half of this slab has dates added and the other one has nuts.
